The warranty period on all software licensed to customers commence after the written customer acceptance and is normally valid for a period of 1 year from the date of acceptance.

During the warranty period, EBLA takes responsibility for the following:

  • Ensuring the correctness and efficiency of the application system design.
  • Ensuring that the performance level, business requirement and quality continue to meet the customer requirements
  • Ensuring that all necessary technical and business skills and knowledge are transferred to customer personnel involved in this project.
  • Ensuring problems arising out of the system are resolved and agreed service levels are met with.

The Post warranty Maintenance period will commence after the expiry of the Warranty period, and is based on the terms of a separate maintenance agreement signed by us with our customers, that will specify service level expectations, working hours, and other specifics.

During this period, we shall maintain and support the solution and shall be responsible for all the activities as described in Warranty.
