We recognize that qualified and well-trained personnel are a fundamental requirement for efficient and effective use and operation of the proposed ECM system. We spare no efforts to ensure that the designated staff of our customers is well trained and knowledgeable on the use, operation and administration of the solutions provided by EBLA.
It is the policy of EBLA to train customers to the point of self-sufficiency and as such great emphasis is placed on the training and management of users.
EBLA’s approach to the training is a combination of interactive formal classroom sessions and hands on training on the proposed system to the level of certifications. The certifications will demonstrate the level of competency achieved by the attendee to successfully use the system.
Further, EBLA subscribes to train the trainer concept in order to maximize the training investment made by the customer.
