Business and System Analysts, System engineers, Developers,
Trainers and Technical writers.
After the projects are successfully
implemented and accepted by customers, the EBLA professional
support team delivers high quality customer support
(including 24X7 if required under the terms of SLA) to make
sure that the solutions delivered by us are deployed
successfully and used by the customer personnel to derive
the intended corporate benefits. Our in-house CRM and
Helpdesk software help us to track and monitor all service
calls received from our customers quickly and effectively.
EBLA also actively engages in providing IT
Consulting Professional manpower services to its customers.
