Principal Duties: Provides Full implementation of EBLA software’s applications, to include the installation of hardware ,software and network components , moreover the incumbent will perform basic technical support of company products/systems efficiently meeting customers’ expectations and ensuring a maximum satisfactory level of EBLA products and services .

Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to 

  1. Providing moderately-complex to complex first and second levelsupport for FileNet customers via live telephone support, and other support channels as required.

  2. Diagnosing customers’ technical issues finding solutions to their reported problems

  3. Conducting independent case research using company supplied research tools, databases, knowledge bases, etc.,

  4. Actively and continuously participating in team and department level meetings to exchange technical knowledge via open discussions, brainstorming and transfer of information (TOI) sessions. 

  5. Effectively utilizing customer support soft skills to maintain a positive working relationship between EBLA and its customer environment. 

  6. Demonstrating positive customer support skills validated by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction as measured by event driven customer satisfaction surveys Communicating with customers by telephone, letter, email or personally attending Client sites

  7. Responding to customers with a solution Monitoring and reporting to management on a daily/weekly basis

  8. Determining of technical case impact recording such case to Knowledge base system

  9. Continuous Research and development by navigating, checking, self learning and workshops/training participations on new Products technology blowing technical whistles in case of effective technical findings to other team mates.

  10. Reporting daily tasks and training activities to direct supervisor.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any IT related field
Experience, Skills and abilities:
  1. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of technical support experience. 

  2. In depth knowledge of engineering or computer science principles, theories, concepts, practices, and techniques.

  3. Knowledge in UNIX/ Microsoft environment particularly in the respective area of client/server based product line.

  4. knowledge of WEB and Database technologies

  5. Experience in: Unix/Linux, database (Oracle, DB2, & MSSQL), LDAP, Lotus Notes, Websphere, Weblogic, Open Client, and application servers. 

  6. Experience with FileNet software products is a plus.

  • Very Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize your work to meet departmental objectives
  • Ability to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and support other members of the team
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Native or highly fluent spoken and written Arabic and English
  • Ability to Travel along with Flexibility to multi-task role playing within EBLA Projects
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any IT related field
