The incumbent will be operating under the supervision of Project Manager; he/she will be responsible for system requirements gathering and analysis in line with gathered business requirements. This work includes identifying system needs or opportunities and developing technical solutions to business problems through client and stakeholder contacts, and conducting strategic licit, analysis, validation and documentation of systems, business, and organizational requirements. He/she May act as corporate facilitator between client, stakeholders and the project team with Full implementation of strategic analysis and systems’ process improvement conforming to EBLA PMO Policies and Procedures .

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related fields.

1. Problem solving capacity with well defining scope of work and the core of the client technical requirements in coordination with Project Managers.
2. Implementing means for File Net technologies to meet individual needs of an organization
3. Studies business , scientific or engineering data processing problems and design new solutions using File Net Technologies
4. Planning and developing systems or devising ways to apply systems to clients operations
5. Entirely designs new system including both hardware and software or add a simple new software application boosting existing system's FileNet efficiency
6. Discusses data processing problems with managers and users to determine its exact nature
7. Clearly defining systems with complete understanding of individual steps used to achieve them so that the problems could be broken down into separate programmable procedures
8. Use of techniques such as structural analysis , data modeling , information engineering , mathematical mode building sample and cost accounting to plan the system
9. Specifies the files and records to be accessed by the system and design the processing step as well as the format for the out put that will meet the user's needs
10. After finalizing the design , system analyst prepares charts and diagrams that describe the design in terms where managers and users could understand
11. Assists in preparing cost benefit and return on investment analysis to help management decides whether the proposed system will be satisfactory and financially feasible
12. Once the system is accepted , system analyst determines what computer hardware and software will be needed to set up the system or implement the required changes to it
13. Coordinates tests and observe initial use of the system in house to ensure it performs as planned
14. Prepares specifications , work diagrams and structure charts for computer programmers to follow and work with them to debug or eliminate errors from the system
15. Designs the gate in the hardware and software environments to allow exchange of data customizing File Net applications with eye on the computer power to process it all
16. Conducts Studies of seemingly in compliable pieces and create ways to link them so that users can access information from any part of the other skills
17. Data Collection at Customer site based on the project implementation plan involving: users and objectives of the system, what is to be accomplished, how the system fits into the customer’s business needs and finally how the system is going to be used
18. Conducting requirements analysis by understanding problems and their workable solutions through individual interviews with users
19. Categorizing requirements and organizing them into related subsets, exploring each requirement relationship with the other, examining requirement for consistency-omissions and ambiguity and prioritizing requirements based on customer’s need
20. Use of iterative approach to eliminate requirements, combining them and/or modifying them to ensure all parties achieve high level of satisfaction.
21. Using requirements to generate business process flow using Cases modeling and Data flow diagrams which facilitate a clear understanding of both requirements and their solution to customer, and Project team members.
22. Setting requirement specifications allowing scope to meet customer’s vision
23. Continuously meeting with the technical coordinator and/or Head of Development for setting a foundation of software, hardware and Database Design.
24. Ensures complete, comprehensive, testable, consistent, unambiguous, writable, modifiable, implementable system inputs and outputs specifications.
25. Periodic requirements management through: identifying, tracking, controlling requirement changes at any time during project’s lifecycle.
26. Verification, validation and traceability examination of specification to ensure full availability of system requirements
27. Documentation of customer requirements and discussing it with project management team
28. Preparation of functional System specification document after getting stored notes, data and diagrams form project manager that are fully signed by the customer
29. Performs specified data analysis and studies directed by PMO policies and procedures
30. Creating a System analysis Stereo Type of a certain project used as a benchmark for future projects
31. In support of proposed or required project initiatives he/she Provides consultative, technical, and staff support
32. Collects, Understands, and analyses the business requirements for the project, and translate these into a document for approval.
33. Conducts a GAP analysis that fills the gap in and between the "As-Is" status and the proposed "To-Be" solution.
34. Builds Solution Conceptual Models.
35. Defines Solution Modules based on the Analysis.
36. Prepares General Function Controls.
37. Prepares Functional Requirements.
38. Prepares System Process Modelling.
39. Builds System Data Model.
40. Maps System Functions with FileNet.
41. Documents the process workflows and results of business analysis and assist the Project Manager in obtaining sign-off from client on specifications.
42. Communicates the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serve as representative of the client’s expectations, requirements and satisfaction.
43. Understands the long-term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives; introducing innovation to business processes through technology.
44. Assists client in developing content or other materials; recommending enhancements and identifying new business requirements or opportunities.
45. Maintains high personal qualities: resourcefulness, responsibility, tenacity, independence, energy, and self-confidence, strong analytical skills, solid business judgment, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
46. Applies knowledge of system capacity to determine feasibility of projects.
47. Maintains current knowledge of new hardware and software and recommends upgrading to maintain efficient operation.
48. Identifies the potential applications that fulfil the requirements
49. Develops a Functional Specification Document (FSD) to clearly specify how the requested system functionality will be achieved via the proposed system.
50. Increases and develops client's knowledge and awareness of all prospected and desired achievements and deliverables throughout the Implementation of the solution.

Qualifications /Technical Skills :

1. A minimum of 3 years in the Business Analysis field.
2. Broad knowledge with computer systems and technologies
3. Familiarity with. Net/ Java programming languages
4. Familiarity with case tools object oriented and client / server and multi-media technology
5. Familiarity with networking , database and systems experience
6. In depth knowledge of UML, Business analysis theories, concepts, practices, and techniques.
7. Well versed in technical writing and documentation
8. Team oriented personality particularly in the respective area of presenting Business Requirements to involved team members
9. Negotiation and communication skills for purposes of convincing customers with appropriate business solutions.
